Aphid Hunter< PreviousNext >
Our pepper plants have been covered in aphids for a long time, despite our best efforts to keep it clear with an organic garlic spray. This is one of the little guys that came along to us get rid of the aphids. It is a little plant bug called Camplyoneura virgula who likes to stuff its face with aphids and bark lice. It is about 1cm long and is much more colourful in macro that it appeared to the eye! Apparantly is can bite if handled, so leave it alone if you spot one!
