A male Common Darter dragonfly (Sympetrum striolatum) in our garden.

This photo was taken before I went on holiday. But I'm back now, so more photos to come from Wales. I took 937 photos in 8 days, which I worked out to be one every 12 minutes (including nights!)

The world would be very strange, and a little scary if insects were really that big! And you are turning into a human motor drive, 1 frame every 12 mins - great for time lapse sequences. Good to see you posting again, I look forward to some Welsh Wonders.
